  2. Promote development by industry of a strategy for safety improvement.
  3. Develop nationally consistence regulatory processes, protocols and machinery to implement regulatory reforms and consistent administration of legislation.
  4. Influence the ongoing national reform agenda from an operational perspective and inform and advise the appropriate CEO group on national reform progress and safety outcomes.
  5. Influence industry standards.
